I've lost my Centre Unique Key (CUK) Serial Number, how can I retrieve it?

If you don't have any backup of your MapMate Serial Number, there's two way to possibly retrieve your CUK Serial Number:

If you have your original MapMate login credentials to manage your account, navigate to MapMate Legacy website and log in with your credentials. Once logged in, click Page Index, My Account.
If the MapMate Registry settings exist, you may be able to retrieve your CUK Serial Number via Windows Terminal or Command Prompt. Right-click the Windows Start button, select Terminal (or Command Prompt), then copy and paste:

reg query "HKCU\Software\VB and VBA Program Settings\MapMate\User{your_cuk}" /v 'Serial Number'

Change {your_cuk} to your CUK number. Then run the command. You should get a response similar to:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\VB and VBA Program Settings\MapMate\User{your_cuk}
